IWhy do a test when the reward isn't the best?

kids should get paid for good grades

List of points: it would make kids try to get better grades and motivate them and make them listen in class.

I think kids should get paid for good grades because it would motivate them to try harder every time   With a motivation kids will try hard in class and study more often when they have the opportunity too, instead of bunking  kids will come to school learning and studying more and more so they are ready for test For example, a lot of parents pay their children for good grades and are happy to see their kids having a good education by motivating them with cash. Many websites agree with this and a lot of parents will agree too.

With the motivation, It will make kids want better grades. With money involved kids will want better grades to gain a reward they will also learn doing good things can lead to good consequences. For example, if I was offered $20 to get a high merit or an excellence I would study as much as I could and try and get a good score. 69% of people agree with this according to www.debate.org and 31% of people don't.

Also With money kids will be more focused on their work.If this ever happens I think a lot of kids won't be playing games and all that I think they will be learning and focusing on their work instead kids will be trying to learn and doing the right thing. For example, a comment left on debate.org says kids will be learning more and become smarter by focusing, and getting money out of they might also learn to save their money instead of spending. If parents do it for their kids and those kids get good grades all the time so why don't we do it

So I think kids should get paid for good grades since they will try to get good grades and focus more and be motivated to try. What's the point of a good grade when you don't get paid?

it was a freezing day, we had a challenge at the swamp trying to cross it without falling in. and in a long struggle there it was, the other side we had made it,now all there was left to do was grab the plank that landed in the water, no one was dumb enough to do that. But me. i knew it would stink like a skunks ass but still it is was the only thing i wanted to do on camp. so i slowly walked to the edge, keep thinking should i do this or not i knew i would be walking the rest wet and i would stink and apart of me was saying no but i couldn't give up so i kept walking up to it.

 i was excited but annoyed at the same time so i thought about the good things that will happen and then i realised there were no good things so i just closed my eyes and walked. by this time i was in the water without noticing i opened my eyes and i could see the plank i go to grab it and i stunk like .I wanted out so i tried to run out and then i slipped and got stuck and i was soaked, i needed to grab the plank again and get out so i grab a stick used it to dig my feet out i got one undone but my other foot was to deep so i dived under and tried to dig it out. i grabbed the plank and ran back to the start, I was back out and I was soaked and stunk, i needed to change so we went back to the lodge and i quickly got dressed ,then we went back out. that day i learnt i should take every opportunity that comes up, even if it’s jumping in a swamp.

To become an animator there are many key criteria required to enter this career or job.

the key criteria needed to become an animator is that you

need experience in a particular type of animation experience with particular animation software a tertiary qualification such as a Bachelor of Creative Media Production, Bachelor of Design, majoring in visual communication design, or a Diploma in Anima.These are the key criterias to be an animator

To be an animator you will need certain skills to be able to do the task.For example you will need creativity and organisation and for school subjects DTE graphics and art.These are the skills you will need

The day to day life of  being an animator requires a variety of activities this will be  discussed in this paragraph.You will be Planning animations that are needed for people   and meeting directors all around the world.You will be doing this as an animator all the time

in conclusion there are many key criteria and important skills and qualities required to be an animator

The Outsiders

SEXXXY 1 The switchblade is a symbol in the outsiders	We know this by how it caused the whole run away thing by johnny stabbing bob	This shows the switchblade is really important to this book by it causing the whole thing And is used a lot	The author (S.E Hinton) did this to make the book have some fear and stuff to the reader like when it says “johnny pulled his blade out” they know what will happen	This can be compared with bleeding in the alley (idk the name) how the jacket is the cause of everything
SEXXXY 2 Another thing in the outsiders is the difference between socs and greasers	One example is poor and the rich which is one of the main ones and is one reason why greasers don't like the socs	This shows the difference between them and why the greasers thin they have harder time than them because they're rich	The purpose of this is to show how gangs are like e.g west and east,rich and poor and others	This can be compared with real gangs that dislike each other some are rich some are poor
SEXXXY 3 Another thing in the outsiders is the three brothers and their differences	For example ponyboy and darry don't see eye to eye most of the time and sodapop is always  stuck trying to stop it	This shows why ponyboy thinks darry hates him so much but really he is just worried about him	This was done to make the book about family and stuff	This can be compared with me and my friends  when people argue  one person always stops it
SEXXXY 4 Another thing in the outsiders is that ponyboy is loyal	For example when johnny had killed bob ponyboy had nothing to do with it he could've bailed but he went with johnny instead	This shows that ponyboy is loyal to the gang and will stick with his friends/gang members no matter what	This was done to make ponyboy more like a good person and will be there for his friends/family/gang	This can be compared to when the rumble was about to begin ponyboy felt sick but he still wanted to fight so he sticks with the gang

Three greasers save the day?!

Start story here: three greasers known as Dallas Winston, Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade saved school kids from a fire at the abandoned church on jay mountain. On 28th October a random fire occurred at the church with a bus full of school students were there and then three greasers show up and get the students that are inside but one of them were  badly injured
